*Order placed after 12 pm PST will start to be processed the next business day.
*We can not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
*Domestic shipping estimates begin after order processing and handling times of approx. 1-3 business days and is location dependent
*State and Federal holidays may extend shipping estimates; Holiday seasons may also prolong estimates
*Our Free Shipping program is exclusive only to the contiguous United States and requires purchases to meet a minimum order value of $100 USD. Requests for items to be shipped separately that do not meet the minimum order value will incur flat rate charges of $7.50 per shipment. Some exclusions may apply for oversize/overweight items.
*PO Boxes are excluded from all delivery methods due to exorbitant shipping fees. Any orders received for PO Box delivery are subject to cancellation and/or delivery changes to physical addresses only.
Non-Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages by the Carrier

- Customer Recourse
If a customer's package is lost or damaged during transit, we encourage them to take the following steps:
a. Verify the delivery address: Confirm that the shipping address provided during the checkout process matches the customer's current location or any alternative addresses requested for delivery.
b. Check with neighbors: Customers should reach out to their neighbors to inquire if the package was mistakenly delivered to a nearby residence.
c. Contact the carrier: Customers should directly contact the carrier to report the missing or damaged package. They should provide the carrier with the tracking number and any relevant information to aid in their investigation. The carrier will guide the customer through their process for filing a claim or initiating a search for the package.

We are committed to providing assistance to our customers during the resolution process. Our customer support team is available to provide any necessary order information, tracking details, or documentation required to support the customer's claim with the carrier. We will cooperate to the best of our abilities to help find a satisfactory resolution for the customer.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the loss, misdelivery, or damage of packages caused by the carrier.

We recommend that customers consider purchasing additional shipping insurance or selecting a delivery option that includes insurance coverage for added protection.
