- Are your figures authentic?
Yes! All items sold by The Anime Throne are 100% authentic and officially licensed.
We work directly with trusted distributors to ensure every figure we sell is genuine and high quality.
- What are your shipping times?
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, domestic U.S. delivery usually takes 1–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
- How do pre-orders work?
Many figures we sell are pre-order items, meaning they have not been released yet.
When placing a pre-order, you are reserving a figure from our upcoming shipment once it becomes available from the manufacturer.
Important things to know:
• Release dates listed are estimates provided by the manufacturer
• Manufacturers frequently delay release dates
• Orders will ship after the item is released and arrives at our warehouse
If the manufacturer delays the release, shipping will also be delayed accordingly.
- Are release dates guaranteed?
No. Release dates are not guaranteed.
Manufacturers and distributors may delay figures due to production changes, shipping delays, or logistics issues.
If a release date changes, we will update the product page and notify customers when possible.
- When will my order ship?
Orders will ship once all items in the order are available.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship once the pre-order item arrives.
If you would like your in-stock item shipped sooner, please contact us and we may be able to split the shipment.
- What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if:
• Your pre-order cannot be fulfilled, or
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide.
International shipping rates will vary depending on destination and package weight. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
