All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited and collectible nature of anime figures and merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
By completing a purchase on The Anime Throne, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following circumstance:
• A pre-order item is officially confirmed as unfulfillable by both the manufacturer and the distributor/supplier.
If this situation occurs, customers will be notified and a refund or store credit will be issued according to the terms outlined below.
No other refund exceptions will be made.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during checkout whenever possible.
If we are unable to return funds to the original payment method, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Store credit can be used for any future purchases on The Anime Throne.
Pricing, Listing, and Inventory Errors
The Anime Throne reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, listing mistakes, inventory discrepancies, supplier availability issues, or other errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or made available by mistake, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for any amount paid. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these errors.
Important Tariff Policy Update
Due to the current international tariff situation affecting imports, cancellations and refunds cannot be returned to the original payment method once an order has been processed.
If a refund request is approved under this circumstance, the refund will only be issued in the form of store credit.
Store credit can be used toward:
• In-stock items
• Future pre-order items
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are products that are not yet released by the manufacturer and are expected to arrive in the future.
Release dates shown on product pages are estimates provided by the manufacturer and distributors.
Release dates may change due to:
• Manufacturer delays
• Production adjustments
• Shipping or logistics delays
• Distributor allocation changes
These changes are outside of our control.
Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge that release dates are not guaranteed.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
Orders with Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the final pre-order item becomes available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for:
• In-stock items
• Pre-order items
If you would like to split an existing order, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Orders with Multiple Pre-Order Items
Orders containing multiple pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
Even if items share the same estimated release month, they may arrive at different times depending on manufacturer shipments.
To receive each item as it releases, customers must place separate orders for each pre-order item.
Pre-Order Fulfillment
Once pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, similar to our standard order processing time.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been shipped.
Manufacturer & Allocation Issues
In rare situations, a pre-order may not be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Manufacturer cancelling production
• Manufacturer postponing production indefinitely
• Distributor allocation shortages
• Supplier inventory limitations
If a product becomes unavailable due to these circumstances, customers will be notified and eligible for a refund according to this policy.
Pre-Order Deadlines
The pre-order deadline is the last date that a pre-order can be placed for a specific item.
Pre-orders may still be accepted after the deadline only if reserved inventory remains available.
If reserved quantities sell out, the item will no longer be available for pre-order.
Pre-order deadlines may change at any time based on manufacturer or distributor decisions.
Chargeback & Fraud Policy
To protect against fraudulent disputes, The Anime Throne maintains detailed records of all transactions.
Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts permanently restricted.
Evidence provided to payment processors may include:
• Order confirmation
• IP address verification
• Shipping confirmation and tracking
• Delivery confirmation
Chargebacks submitted without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension from future purchases.
